The Road to Hybrid
THE PROBLEM
With years of experience in various sports and a professional background in fitness training, we identified a critical missing element in traditional approaches to training. The 'one-size-fits-all' regimen neglects the diverse goals, lifestyles, and activities that individuals bring to their fitness journeys. Witnessing athletes grapple with injuries due to inadequate strength and others struggling with gym consistency, we recognized the need for a more personalized solution.
THE SOLUTION
People often hesitate to incorporate strength training into cardio routines and vice versa. However, the true magic of fitness lies in the synergy between the two. This realization propelled the creation of Hybrid Athletics Club.
THE GOAL
We want to empower everyone to train in the best way possible for their bodies, while unlocking power gains, preventing injuries, and reaping the long-term health benefits, all within a single, integrated training approach.

Dylan's coaching extends far beyond the gym walls. With experience training a dynamic range of athletes, including ultra runners, rock climbers, mountain bikers, snowboarders, he has honed the art of creating strength plans that seamlessly coexist with your primary endurance training.
