You’ll receive a personalized, week-by-week training plan with 5 progression levels, allowing us to adapt as your season evolves and your fitness improves. Each weekly schedule includes:

  • Guided training sessions with coaching notes, sets, reps, and video tutorials.
  • Optional workouts to fit your schedule and goals.
  • Prehab exercises, activation routines, mobility sessions, and recovery techniques tailored to keep you healthy and strong.
  • Adjustments as needed to ensure your training remains effective and sustainable.

How it works:

Fill Out the Athlete Intake Form

Start by sharing your goals, training history, and current fitness level through our detailed intake form. This information helps me understand where you are now and where you want to go.

Initial Video Call

We’ll schedule a one-on-one video call to discuss your intake form, clarify your goals, and address any questions or concerns. This is where we’ll map out your path to success together.

Receive Your Personalized YTP

Based on our conversation and the intake form, I’ll design a Yearly Training Plan (YTP) tailored to your goals, running schedule, and life demands. Your plan will be delivered through a shared Google Sheet, which we’ll use to:

  • Track your progress in real-time.
  • Provide ongoing feedback and adjustments.
  • Monitor your performance across training phases.

Begin Training with Ongoing Support

With your plan in hand, you’ll start training with the confidence of knowing I’m here every step of the way. You’ll have direct access to me through messaging for support, questions, and motivation.

Video Feedback and Form Analysis

Send me videos of your exercises, and I’ll provide detailed feedback with tips, corrections, and coaching insights to improve your form and avoid injuries.

Optimize Throughout the Year

Together, we’ll manage every phase of your training—whether you’re in-season, off-season, or tapering for a race. I’ll help you:

  • Adjust your plan as your goals evolve.
  • Integrate strength training with your run training.
  • Prepare for races and other key events.
  • Manage current injuries and prevent future ones.

Flexible Pricing & Sponsorship Opportunities

Coaching starts at just $100 per month, but I understand that financial restrictions shouldn’t stop anyone from achieving their goals. If budget is a concern, reach out—I’m happy to work with you to find a solution that fits.
